Hotel D' Leon - Bucaramanga

The room wassuper clean and cozy, but the weak wifi was annoying.

Had really really nice stay in this EXCEPTIONALLY COMFORTABLE hotel, the staff were affable, location was unbeatable in An Industrial Neighborhood. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the venue was so close to the church, Chicamocha national park, and a central area.

Enjoyed our rooms with a fan.

The breakfast selection included plenty of fresh fruits and gluten-free options, making mornings good.

The bathroom was cramped and the hot tap in the basin did not function properly.

Street was quite disruptive during the early morning. Still, the hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful greenery and a vibrant pool area. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast options were plentiful and fresh. Definitely worth considering despite the noise.

I loved the cozy atmosphere filled with greenery and animal statues. The staff was kind, and I had an amazing seafood meal. The breakfast spread was also fantastic, especially the fruits and eggs. My spa bath was the highlight.

The location was perfect for my business trip, being close to several key areas, like the Cacique Shopping Mall and Museo de Arte Moderno, which were both about a 20-minute walk. I really appreciated the beautiful greenery surrounding the hotel, especially with animal statues like the lion adding a unique charm. The breakfast bar offered a fantastic assortment, and I enjoyed the seafood options. The large spa bath in my room was definitely a highlight.

The Beautiful Suite with Spa Bath offered a large and comfortable tub. Breakfast had a wonderful selection, with fresh fruits, gluten-free options, and attentive service. The wifi issues were frustrating, and the window locks needed attention. Plus, while the pool looked inviting, I didn't get the chance to swim during my short visit.

The breakfast bar had a great variety of food. There are two bars, one near the pool and one inside the restaurant, both offering excellent choices. The restaurant food, especially the seafood, was amazing.

Nothing not to like.

The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and I especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the view. As a senior person, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs or long walks, making it convenient for me to get around.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could be a bit more attentive. Occasionally, I found that they were not as responsive to my needs as I would have liked.
