The staff was always helpful and accommodating. The hotel has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere with lots of greenery and animal statues. The spa bath room was comfortable and well-lit. The breakfast bar had a great variety of food. There are two bars, one near the pool and one inside the restaurant, both offering excellent choices. The restaurant food, especially the seafood, was amazing.

Had really really nice stay in this EXCEPTIONALLY COMFORTABLE hotel, the staff were affable, location was unbeatable in An Industrial Neighborhood. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the venue was so close to the church, Chicamocha national park, and a central area.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely lovely, with beautiful greenery and charming animal statues. It created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and I especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the view. As a senior person, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs or long walks, making it convenient for me to get around.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could be a bit more attentive. Occasionally, I found that they were not as responsive to my needs as I would have liked.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in Bucaramanga, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. the value for money was exceptional. The room rates were reasonable, and I felt like I received excellent value for what I paid. Additionally, the attention to detail in the hotel was noteworthy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, their level of service was impeccable.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. Every aspect, from the staff to the amenities, exceeded my expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel D' Leon. The hot tub in my room was amazing and well worth the price. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options, and the male staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My partner and I had an amazing and romantic escape at this hotel. the room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a couple. We enjoyed the complementary wine and chocolates that were waiting for us upon arrival. the hotel's location was great, just a short walk from beautiful parks and delicious restaurants. Being able to walk around and explore the city's surroundings was a great way to spend our time.

That we could hear some noise from other rooms and the lobby area. We were awakened a few times during the night by guests talking loudly or music coming from downstairs.

Value for money: We initially booked a budget room, which was decent for the price. However, we decided to upgrade to a larger room with AC, and it was definitely worth it. The price for the upgrade, including breakfast and parking, was reasonable and added to the overall value of our stay.

All was well.

The location of this hotel is perfect, walking distance to lovely parks and restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast, it was a standard Colombian breakfast but still enough to start our day. The staff was outstanding, always friendly and willing to help, despite the language barriers.

Rooms were not as clean as we expected with leftover food and hair found on the table and in the bed. The room lacked finishing touches which made it feel even dirtier.
